Our support staff are the first line of defence when issues arise at client sites.

Working remotely and on-site, they troubleshoot problems calmly and effectively, making sure issues are resolved before they get out of hand.

1st Line Support Technician

You will be responsible for solving a broad spectrum of customer IT support cases by telephone, remotely, in the office or on-site as efficiently and professionally as possible.
